We use a third-party service to check criminal history and verify identity. It takes 2-5 business days. This is standard for home services and protects both you and the customers we serve.

Yes. As an independent contractor you can have other clients or jobs. We just ask that you honor the bookings you accept from us and don't solicit our customers directly.

Seattle and the Greater Eastside: Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Renton, Kent, Tacoma, Everett, and surrounding cities. You choose which areas you're willing to travel to.

After approval (usually 3-7 days including background check), we can start adding you to bookings as the schedule allows. Hours ramp up as you build a track record with us.
