Make-Ready Cleaning
A renovated unit is not ready the day the trades finish. We take it from finished-but-dusty to move-in condition: floors, appliances inside and out, cabinets and closets, window tracks, fixtures, and the bathroom in detail. We work unit by unit, to the turn schedule you set.

Do you come in before or after the contractors are finished?
After. The trades need to be done and the construction waste out. We take it from there to move-in condition.
Can you cover several units on the same turn?
Tell us how many units and the dates in the booking notes and we will come back with what we can cover.
Is this the same as a move-out clean?
Close, and priced the same way. The difference is who it is for: a move-out clean is scoped to pass a landlord inspection, a make-ready is scoped so a new resident can walk in and unpack.
